Is 13947(Part 1) superseded by IEC standard 1993?
This standard supersedes IS 13947 (Part 1) : 1993 ‘Specification for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear: Part 1 General rules’. The text of IEC Standard has been approved as suitable for publication as an Indian Standard without deviations. Certain conventions are, however, not identical to those used in Indian Standards.
