How does Groome Transportation work?
After claiming your baggage, exit the terminal through Door 2L, by baggage carousels 3-4 and cross over to the median to the Ground Transportation limo and shuttle lane straight across from the 2L door. Groome will pick you up there. We ask that passengers arrive 10-15 minutes prior to departure for all locations.
How does an airport shuttle work?
Depending on the airline you flew,the car waits outside while the airport representative will be there in the arrival area with your name on a paper and will escort you to the car/shuttle. On your departure, you will be taken back to the airport and left just outside the Departure terminal buildings.
