Do PEC tattoos hurt?
Chest tattoos hurt for men more than women, all else being equal. Men who have a lot of pectoral muscle across the chest area will find this works as a buffer to the rib cage and thus reduces pain.

In regards to foot tattoos, the answer is yes. In reality the answer is yes to all tattoos but the foot is more intense. Generally, a tattoo tends to hurt more on areas where there is less padding provided by muscle, bringing the bones and tendons closer to the surface.
Are breast tattoos safe?
Tattoo over a breast implant is not dangerous. You should be safe to have a tattoo over the breast after breast augmentation. Tattoos are often used for our breast reconstruction patients to add color to the nipple if needed, and this has never caused any problem. Tattooing is certainly controvertial but is safe.
